The Alliance of Fine Art is a non-profit, professional association of fine art organizations in Illinois formed to advance fine art education and appreciation, share resources and provide opportunities for artists. This includes the fine art of painting, watercolor, collage, photography, pastels, colored pencil, drawings, sculptures, acrylics, mixed media, ink & oils and more.

Best of the Best Show: The Best of the Best 2008 will be held at the Mayslake Peabody estate March 15 to May 18, 2008. This fine art group show is an exhibit of award winning art previously judged at the level of each fine art league/guild. There will be 2 receptions and publicity! Watch for entry guidelines and info.
The AFA's juried Fine Art Fair: The Fine Art Fair will be held at the Mayslake Peabody Estate in Oak Brook on July 26-27, 2008 at 10:00am.

Student Scholarship: The Alliance of Fine Art sponsors an art competition for local high school students within the districts of the The Alliance of Fine Art membership consortium. Student artists can compete for cash prizes and to exhibit their fine art at the Best of the Best Show.
